• The Ohio Civil Service Employee Association (OCSEA) signs the Ohio Shared Service Agreement with the state of Ohio
• The first group of Ohio Shared Services Associates participate in a comprehensive three week training, including: Customer Service-Based Culture, Systems, Policy, and Process Training
September, 2009
• CRM and Call Center Technology go live, effectively "turning on" the telephones at Ohio Shared Services
• Travel & Expense Training Course Enrollment via the Web-based Enterprise Learning Management System available to all state employees
• 1099 Forms are processed by the Ohio Shared Services AP Processing Team
• Vendor Inquiries are shifted from State Accounting to Ohio Shared Services
• Vendor Master Maintenance is shifted from State Accounting to Ohio Shared Services
