About This Portal

This site provides a high-level overview of the process of integrating a state agency into Ohio Shared Services. On these pages, you will find key milestones and an explanation of the step-by-step processes of how the Agency Integration (AI) team can help during the transition of your agency to Ohio Shared Services. We look forward to working with you to ensure a smooth transition for your agency.

About Agency Integration

The Ohio Shared Services AI team guides state agencies through the transition process to Ohio Shared Services. As the liaisons between Ohio Shared Services and state agencies, we will meet regularly with your agency's team to gain an understanding of your agency's AP processes and will help lay the groundwork for a successful relationship between your agency and Ohio Shared Services.

We will work closely with all Ohio Shared Services teams to ensure Associates and Team Captains understand your agency's process and needs.

Your Agency Project Team

Prior to engaging with Agency Integration, developing a project team will be of much benefit to your agency. This team will work with Agency Integration to identify the types of transactions that will transition to Ohio Shared Services and provide a bridge for communication from your agency to Ohio Shared Services. Typically, your agency project team consists of agency staff who are knowledgeable about processes that will transfer to Ohio Shared Services.
