If I am invited to interview for a position as an Ohio Shared Services Associate, what should I expect?

The Ohio Shared Services Associate interview may contain telephone screening, ability testing, and behavioral questions.

Critical behavior questions are used to ensure alignment between the applicant and critical behaviors associated with Ohio Shared Services. Applicants will be asked critical behavior questions and they should respond by describing occasions when they experienced the specific scenario. Example critical behavior questions include:

  • Describe a time you had to fulfill a request or complete a task that you did not know how to do.
  • Describe a time when you gave constructive feedback to a peer.

If a candidate passes the interview portion of the application process, they may be extended an offer to join the Ohio Shared Services center as an Ohio Shared Services Associate.
